    My nettalk duo stopped working for 3 month, I ordered one form, they ended up charging me without sending the product. I had to contact the bank to dispute the transaction. I paid for service plan without having a device then I bought a device recently worked for few days and an email was sent to me stating your service is expired. The customer services is horrible.   • Porting from Nettalk

    I am having difficulty getting my existing number - 623-643-8587 - ported from NetTalk to Vonage. I have filled out the requisite internet form requesting the number to be transferred but NetTalk has twice refused the request stating that the address information (zip code) is not correct. I have reviewed the account information on NetTalk and it completely agrees with the information provided by Vonage. NetTalk claims they cannot verify the information. More...
