Nettalk team, This is definitely UNFAIR. When did you limit the India calling limt to 600 minutes. I guess, this limit did not exist when I subscribed this service fortnight ago.

What we ordered with Nettalk %u201CUnlimited calling to International countries including India%u201D %u2013 on Mar 7, 2013.
Within a month of my subscription Mar 30,2013 %u2013 you stopped the India calling service without ANY notice.
After almost 10 days of continuous follow-ups %u2013 you resumed the India calling service on Apr 4, 2013,
There was tons of problems after Apr 4 which made us hate Nettalk %u2013 Choppy calls, Calls not going thru, Delayed connection, Congestion etc etc %u2013 Ticket is still open # NPH-224627.
Today on Apr 19, am getting a mail saying that India calls are limited to 600 minutes per month and service STOPPED again.

It%u2019s hardly less than a fortnight I have been using your service and in this duration I have been put to the maximum STRESS by your team.

I have a simple question to you
- Why should I remain with Nettalk with all these problems and sudden limits
- Why should I not simply allowed to OPT OUT with a refund.

Any way you are not offering the service as promised. Why not allow the customer to get their money back. If Nettalk does not agree to this, its mere CHEATING.

Our patience has limits. Please note %u2013 with all these problems am facing the for the last few weeks %u2013 Am going to CHALLENGE my credit card company for a FULL REFUND.
